The role at RILD involves being a part of India's first structured co-living investment platform, which caters to retail investors and HNIs by providing curated, pre-leased real estate opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in reshaping how real estate investments are approached in India, emphasizing security, scalability, and strong fundamentals. The company is in a phase of expanding its investor community and project portfolio, thus seeking dynamic sales leaders to propel growth and establish enduring partnerships. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying and pursuing new business prospects through fostering robust relationships with investors and channel partners. Conducting regular client meetings and virtual presentations to drive conversions, developing and executing effective sales strategies in alignment with company objectives, monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and forecasting trends to ensure consistent growth are key aspects of the role. It is imperative to ensure compliance with real estate regulations, adherence to compliance protocols, and ethical standards. Actively representing RILD at real estate forums, investor events, and networking platforms, alongside collaborating with marketing and investment teams to enhance messaging and optimize conversion funnels will be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 5-6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within real estate, private banking, or wealth management sectors. Demonstrated ability to surpass targets with a goal-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and adeptness in building relationships are essential. A profound understanding of real estate markets, investment structures, and emerging trends is crucial. An MBA from a top-tier business school is preferred. Being highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating within a fast-paced, startup-like environment, along with a willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and business development, are qualities that will contribute to your success in this role.,
