The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing real estate sales within the company for Pune Location, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining Defense client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Knowledge -• Sales Strategy Development, Defense Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement• Real Estate Sales Experience and Knowledge • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office • Knowledge of the real estate market trends and regulations in Pune • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
