Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Real Estate located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales operations, including managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, negotiating deals, and building relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and reporting on sales performance.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
• Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
