We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, driving revenue, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits, property presentations, and client meetings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of real estate market trends and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage a team.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• High level of professionalism and customer focus.
