Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, manage client relations, and achieve property sales targets. The candidate should have strong sales skills, leadership ability, and deep knowledge of the local property market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital campaigns, and site visits.
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Guide customers throughout the entire sales process — from inquiry to possession.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates for management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-sale support when needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership and team-handling ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
