Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager – Sales to lead and manage the sales strategy for a large-scale commercial real estate project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales leadership, team management, and business development within the commercial segment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for commercial properties (retail spaces, business parks, etc.).

· Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance, productivity, and goal achievement.

· Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with corporate clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches.

· Manage key accounts and oversee high-value negotiations and deal closures.

· Collaborate with senior management, marketing, and project teams to align sales objectives with overall business strategy.

· Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis for decision-making.

· Drive customer satisfaction and post-sales service excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

· 7 to 10 years of proven experience in commercial real estate sales, including team leadership roles.

· Strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

· Deep understanding of commercial real estate market dynamics, regulatory norms, and buyer behaviour.

· Ability to manage large sales teams and handle high-value transactions.
