Position: Sales Manager – Real Estate
Location: Kanker (Chhattisgarh)
Experience: 5–10 years in Real Estate Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and achieving monthly and quarterly targets for residential/commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process — from inquiry to booking to final closure.
• Conduct site visits with clients and ensure a high conversion rate.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and events.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-sales follow-ups when required.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales (residential, commercial, or luxury projects).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Goal-driven and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Ability to handle high-value clients and work under pressure.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
