Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Sitamarhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer relationships, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring sales staff.

Qualifications

Sales and Marketing skills, including market research and sales strategy development
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and preparing reports
Customer relationship management experience
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
