Job Title: Senior Sales Manager (Jewellery Industry experience preffered) Job Description : Identify and approach potential customers to expand the client base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor and review sales team performance on a regular basis to ensure achievement of sales targets. Provide ongoing sales training, mentoring, and coaching to both sales and delivery teams. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively. Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements to boost productivity. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in sales. Willing to travel across tamilnadu. Benefits: Travel allowances Incentives Salary : Upto Rs.35,000
