The Opportunity
Step in as the Head of the Hyderabad Centre, driving both individual and team sales performance. This is a chance to build a new sales hub from scratch, with full ownership, autonomy, and high visibility.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage operations of the new office.
• Achieve individual and overall centre sales targets.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships.

Ideal Profile
• 3–5 years’ experience in insurance sales (EB / Non-EB / Commercial / Retail).
• Strong in business development and client relationship management.
• Proven achiever with leadership and mentoring skills.
• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
