Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, conducting market research, and coordinating with developers. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for preparing sales reports, providing training to team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
Market Research and Analytical skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
