Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Dibrugarh East with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, manage a team of sales professionals, and develop strategies to meet sales targets. Daily tasks include customer interactions, performance monitoring, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial advice and insurance products to clients. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Customer Relationship Management
Excellent skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Prior experience in insurance or financial services sector is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
