Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager – Corporate Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of electrical, hardware, and safety equipment within corporate and institutional segments.
• Identify and approach prospective clients across industries and sectors.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and tailored demos to clients.
• Generate new leads and build a strong customer pipeline.
• Conduct meetings with contractors, builders, and decision-makers.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Close sales deals and coordinate with the supply chain team for order fulfillment.
• Ensure timely payment collection as per agreed terms.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
• Leverage basic knowledge of

  government tendering processes

  for project-based sales.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 2

  + years of experience

  in Corporate / Institutional / Project Sales.
• Preferred experience in

  Electrical, Hardware, Safety Equipment, or related industries

  .
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and B2B sales processes.
• Basic understanding of government tenders is an advantage.
