Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Prahri located in Gaya. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, achieving sales targets, and building relationships with clients. This role will involve tracking sales metrics, providing reports, and collaborating with Team Leaders to ensure exceptional sales performance. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring the sales team to enhance their skills and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Sales management experience, including developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including coaching and mentoring the sales team
  • Client relationship management skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in tracking sales metrics and creating detailed sales reports
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
