Sales Manager Position

1. Design and develop tubular and sheet metal parts.
2. Create, modify, and review drawings using CAD software.
3. Perform design calculations (strength, dimensions, structural feasibility, etc.).
4. Prepare and review drawings considering

   GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

   requirements.

1. Carry out design work considering the following manufacturing processes:
2. Sheet metal fabrication
3. Tubular part processing
4. Welding processes (various welding methods and welding symbols)
5. Pressing / stamping processes

Coordinate with production and manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability, quality, and cost effectiveness.

1. Support design and evaluation of jigs, fixtures, and tools.
2. Perform

   tool and fixture cost calculations

   .
3. Support tooling activities during new product development and design changes.

1. Prepare and handle

   APQP and PPAP documentation

   .
2. Manage drawings and design documents in compliance with

   IATF requirements

   .
3. Handle

   ECN / ECR (Engineering Change Notice / Request)

   activities.
4. Maintain proper design change history and documentation control.

1. Coordinate tasks within the design team and monitor progress.
2. Report to the Head of Design & Development.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Production, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering.
4. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers when required.

1. BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
2. Minimum

   5 years of experience

   in design engineering within the manufacturing industry (preferably automotive components).

1. Strong hands-on experience with

   CAD software

2. Experience in designing

   tubular and sheet metal components

   .
3. Knowledge of design calculations and engineering fundamentals.
4. Good understanding of

   GD&T

   .
5. Experience with jigs, fixtures, tools, and related cost calculations.
6. Knowledge of welding processes, welding symbols, and stamping operations.
7. Hands-on experience with

   APQP and PPAP documentation

   .

1. Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.
2. Experience in new product development and mass production launch.
3. Prior experience in leading or mentoring junior engineers.
4. Experience in cost reduction, VA/VE activities.
5. Experience working in a Japanese or Japanese-affiliated company.
