Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager – Polymers to lead our sales efforts in the polymer trading industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in polymer raw material sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Identify and establish relationships with key clients, distributors, and industrial buyers for polymer raw materials.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking conferences to build brand awareness and business relationships.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in polymer raw material trading or related industries.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven sales decisions.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

• Salary: ₹3.6 – ₹6.0 LPA CTC.
