Sales Manager - Plottting

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end sales for plotting and land development projects.
• Conduct structured site visits and explain layouts, pricing, developments, and project highlights. Maintain strong follow-ups to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Prepare and share project presentations, pricing sheets, and inventory updates. Coordinate with CRM, marketing, documentation, and post-sales teams as required. Engage with channel partners and brokers to drive additional traffic.
• Manage on-site customer experience and assist with booking documentation.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in plotting/land sales (preferred).
• Excellent field communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customers independently and build trust quickly.
• Comfortable with both on-field and office-based responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
