Must-Have: Candidate must be from the Manufacturer of paints & industrial chemicals industry Graduate in any discipline (Science/Engineering background preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial B2B sales Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Own a valid driving license and personal two-wheeler Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively Compensation & Benefits Fixed CTC: ₹5–7 LPA (based on experience) 1% incentive on sales generated Conveyance reimbursed as per actuals Annual performance bonus after 1 year of service Opportunity to grow in a financially stable and expanding organization Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
