Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement direct sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities to grow revenue and expand market share.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the direct sales team to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and skill development for team members.

Sales Performance Monitoring:

  • Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Present performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues to retain long-term business.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Streamline and improve the sales process for greater efficiency and results.
  • Leverage sales tools and industry best practices to boost team productivity.

Market Analysis and Competitor Insights:

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Use insights to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Provide feedback to improve products and inform marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Years of Work Experience: 7 -15 Years of Experience in B2B and OEM Sales.
  • Bachelors degree

    in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Engineering background preferred).
  • Proven experience in
