Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
Monitor daily showroom activities and ensure excellent customer service.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, test rides, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with the marketing and finance departments for smooth operations.
Ensure proper documentation and timely delivery of vehicles.
Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Train and motivate the sales team to improve performance and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with OEM sales processes and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in the two-wheeler segment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of local market and competitor trends.
Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems (DMS).
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
