Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance by setting targets, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase B2C sales through Spice & Food products in assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in FMCG industry or similar field.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
  • Strong understanding of B2C Sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
