Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in FMCG industry or similar field. MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution. Strong understanding of B2C Sales principles and practices. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
Role & responsibilities Control of all the analyses related to all raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials, finished goods, and R&D activities for existing and new products. Monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in production. Support the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other industry standards. Participate in internal audits and prepare detailed reports of findings. Ensure proper documentation and data integrity in QA/QC activities.
