Sales Manager, North India- Foodservice Business

As a Sales Manager for the Foodservice team in North India, your role involves driving sales growth and profitability by developing and executing sales strategies and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the foodservice and HVAC industries. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets in the North India region for Commercial Kitchen Ventilation. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the foodservice industry and HVAC industry, including MEP consultants. - Engage with key decision-makers such as Owners/Directors, PMC, and Purchase Heads. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful execution of sales initiatives. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and ROI to customers. - Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and services. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical with HVAC background) or Foodservice Industry with Technical Background. - Minimum 10 years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Experience in the foodservice and HVAC industries with a strong understanding of the North India market. - AutoCAD general knowledge would be an added advantage. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
