Area Sales Managers (ASMs)

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Manage and lead a team of

    Area Sales Managers (ASMs)

    .
  • Drive target achievement across residential property sales (buy/sell)
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, field audits, and coaching sessions.
  • Build strong second-line leadership and succession planning.

Sales & Business Ownership

  • Own revenue, conversions, and closure targets for assigned territory.
  • Monitor funnel metrics from lead allocation to site visits and closures.
  • Ensure high-quality sales execution and adherence to sales processes.
  • Work closely with central sales, supply, and ops teams to improve conversions.

Field Operations & Execution

  • Ensure effective on-ground execution through ASMs and their field teams.
  • Monitor site visits, customer meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Support ASMs in closing high-ticket or complex residential deals.
  • Maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and channel partners.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Handle escalations related to customers, partners, or internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business.
  • Act as a key point of contact between business leadership and field teams.

Reporting & Governance

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and MIS.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation, and legal processes.
