Job Title: Area Sales Manager Company: Narayana Solar (a division of Narayana Global Ventures Private Limited) Location: Patna, Bihar (with extensive travel across Bihar) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (plus travel expenses) Job Description: Narayana Solar, a leading solar solutions provider under Narayana Global Ventures Private Limited, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by managing client relationships, generating leads, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Calling: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels. Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into prospects. Client Meetings & Sales Pitch: Travel extensively across Bihar for client meetings and sales presentations. Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions. Sales Closure & Deal Finalization: Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, sales activities, and client interactions. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer data. Service Coordination: Ensure smooth service delivery post-sales. Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly. Eligibility Criteria: Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, with at least 1 year in solar sales. Education: MBA or BBA graduates preferred. Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and excellent sales techniques. Requirements: Must own a bike and a laptop for travel and work. Willingness to travel extensively across Bihar. Why Join Us?
