• Train, mentor, and monitor team productivity through KPIs

• Familiarity with Excel and reporting dashboards
• Good understanding of the local real estate market dynamics
• Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience
• Candidates from insurance, banking, credit cards, or NBFCs can also be considered if they demonstrate strong B2C field experience
