Job Purpose:


Role Expectations:

  • Identifies and profiles the potential market for the company’s products and services on a continuing basis
  • Is able to craft solutions, under guidance, to meet business needs of the organisation
  • Works towards both near term and long term objectives in business growth in a planned manner
  • Able to influence clients at different operational levels specially to close orders
  • Understands the technical nature of the products and their applications
  • Is both systemic in approach and creative in terms of solutions


  • Reporting structure:

    Role will report into VP MR Sales


  • Interactions:

    Internal Stakeholders: Sales, Lead Generation team and Solutioning Team, Project Manager MR
  • External Stakeholders: Customers at CXO level, Plant heads etc.



II.PEOPLE SPECIFICATIONS

Profile:

  • BE or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, ECE or Industrial engineering
  • MBA in Marketing
  • With 10+ years of Sales and Marketing experience in manufacturing domain, automotive, white goods , FMCG industry, consultative /solution selling, industrial automation B2B sales (Machine automation, Motion control automation ,material handling automation) etc.
  • Experience in driving west region sales is a must.
