Sales Manager - MICE

As a Marketing Coordinator at Holiday Inn, your role involves developing programme specifications and collateral materials, as well as implementing national marketing promotions. You will be responsible for surveying hotels for participation in marketing programmes, coordinating the production of collaterals, and developing process documentation. Additionally, you will monitor departmental budgets, manage agencies and vendors, and ensure effective communication with key hotel contacts and franchises. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing programme specifications and collateral materials - Surveying hotels for participation in marketing programmes - Coordinating the production of collaterals and evaluating quality - Developing and documenting processes and procedures - Reviewing Project Tracking System reports - Monitoring departmental budgets - Managing agencies and fulfillment vendors - Ensuring effective communication with key hotel contacts and franchise - Completing other coordination duties as assigned Required qualifications for this role include: - Technical skills and understanding of hotel systems - In-depth knowledge of relationship marketing - Demonstrated success in sales - Ability to analyze and extract trends from data - Understanding of Australian and New Zealand markets - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel - Strong management skills, including goal setting and time management - Effective communication skills in English and Chinese - Working knowledge of marketing principles - Detail-oriented with good organizational skills - Problem-solving and time management skills - Experience with loyalty marketing Qualifications required: - Qualification in Business Administration Experience: - Preferred 2 years in a corporate marketing environment - Familiarity with loyalty marketing Note: Holiday Inn is dedicated to making travel a joy for all guests, whether on business or leisure.
