Job Description

The Sales Manager will lead strategic growth initiatives for specialty lubricants across industrial sectors, with a dual focus on direct client acquisition and building a robust channel partner ecosystem. This role requires a blend of technical know-how, relationship management, and business acumen to drive market penetration and sustainable revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

2. Identify new business opportunities across industries like automotive, manufacturing, aerospace, and power generation.

3. Build and expand a network of distributors, dealers, and regional sales partners.

4. Evaluate, onboard, and train channel partners to ensure brand alignment and sales capability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
