About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pre-School Franchise Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing franchise sales opportunities while ensuring strong business growth for our pre-school division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute franchise sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify potential investors and franchise partners through field visits, school visits, and market research.
• Conduct business meetings and presentations to showcase the franchise model.
• Build strong relationships with promoters, investors, and stakeholders.
• Generate leads through networking, events, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closures of franchise sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support new franchisees during onboarding.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and provide inputs for business growth.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and progress updates.

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in franchise sales, preferably in Education / Pre-School / EdTech sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel for field visits, school visits, and client meetings.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
