Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage Sales and distribution through DSA and connectors
  • Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs and connectors
  • Manage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increases productivity
  • Marketing and encashing catchment areas
  • Sanction & disbursement of files per month as per the targets assigned
  • Meeting clients and explaining various products related to Loan against property and / Home loans
  • Inform potential clients about the requirements, T&C of the home loan product, the procedures to obtain a loan, the importance of the payments on time, the penalties system in case of not paying on time, insurance, etc
  • Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU and operations.

Qualification & experience

  • Graduate/MBA with 2+ years' experience in Sales.
  • Background in mortgage Sales preferred

Essential skills

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Experience in selling financial product HL/ LAP, Insurance, is a must.
