Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Identify and engage potential government clients across defense, homeland security, railways, and PSU sectors.
• Attend expos, defense summits, and government meets to develop new contacts and visibility for MIPL.

• Qualification & Engagement:

• Understand client requirements, budgets, and priorities.
• Position MIPL's offerings as innovative, cost-effective, and mission-critical solutions.

• Conversion to Orders:

• Present compelling product demos, tech briefings, and proposals to key stakeholders.
• Drive tender participation, EOI/RFP coordination, and negotiations for closures.

• Revenue Growth & Relationship Management:

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain strong post-sales relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and up-selling of solutions.

• Liaison & Strategic Sales:

• Work closely with officers and departments from Army, Navy, Air Force, DRDO labs, BARC, ISRO units, and Police forces.
• Engage with government procurement departments to ensure MIPL solutions are adopted in future programs.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields. MBA preferred.
• 26 years of experience in PREFERABLY

  Government/Defense/Public Security Sales

  , preferably in Tech, AI, Robotics, or Industrial Automation.
• Strong understanding of government procurement, GeM, and tender processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
