About Us

Arohi Sweets is the exclusive Super Stockist of Bhikharam Chandmal for Bihar, handling premium range of Namkeens, Packaged Sweets, and Confectionery Products. We are expanding aggressively across Bihar and are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our distribution network, sales growth, and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets across Bihar.
• Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Build strong market penetration in urban, semi-urban, and rural regions of Bihar.
• Handle Primary & Secondary Sales and ensure consistent growth.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, market trends, and ensure product visibility.
• Train, guide, and lead the sales team (ASM/TSI/Executives) for maximum productivity.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy distributor relations.
• Prepare and share sales reports, forecasts, and MIS with management.
• Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Who We’re Looking For

✅ Proven track record of 8–12 years in FMCG Sales (Food / Confectionery / Namkeen industry preferred).
✅ Must have strong distributor and wholesaler network in Bihar.
✅ Candidates with past experience in reputed brands like Haldiram’s, Prabhuji, Pramod, Bikaji, Bikanerwala will be given first preference (deal breaker).
✅ Strong leadership and negotiation skills.✅ Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver consistent results.✅ Willingness to travel extensively across Bihar.
