Job Summary:
Lutyens Realtors is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team in Gurgaon. The role involves handling residential and commercial property sales, managing client relationships, and supporting overall sales growth. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented, have good communication skills, and a basic understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Connect with the leads and follow up with potential buyers for residential and commercial properties.
Ø Conduct property visits, client meetings, and assist in negotiations.
Ø Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
Ø Work with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities.
Ø Stay updated on property listings, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Ø Prepare sales proposals and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
Ø Meet assigned sales targets and report progress to higher management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in any field (Real Estate, Marketing, or Business preferred).
Ø Minimum 2 – 5+ years of experience in real estate or sales.
Ø Good knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market is an advantage.
Ø Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ø Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ø Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
