Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to drive high performance.
  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team and monitor performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 3 years of field sales/account management experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently across the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
