Sales Manager - Loan Against Property

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business by acquiring new customers in the allocated region, with a focus on improving affordable reach. You will nurture relationships with all sourcing partners including Connectors, Referral Partners, and DSA. Your role will involve enhancing business by increasing the market share of affordable mortgages and penetrating deeper geographies. Ensuring high levels of engagement for effective pre & post customer service will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be accountable for the login of files and ensuring smooth processing of files using available digital methods. You will have complete control over NPA and Collections/overdue cases sourced, and it will be your responsibility to maintain portfolio health by ensuring a lend-to-collect culture is followed up to the last mile. Furthermore, you will liaise with and manage legal, technical, collection, FI, and RCU vendors.
