Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Aggressively drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for retail loan products, including cross-selling opportunities.
Retain and expand the customer base to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Maximize sales by leveraging networks and strong client relationships.
Develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients to support repeat and referral-driven business growth.
Ensure seamless processing of loan files from login to disbursement by coordinating with Operations and Credit teams.
Optimize productivity of the relationship manager team to achieve overall team performance targets and profitability goals.
Guide the team in on-ground lead generation activities to support sales growth.
Lead, supervise, and train the team to implement growth strategies through effective motivation and deployment.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
Provide insights on market competition, processes, and products to the central product and policy teams to strengthen market positioning.
Ensure adherence to all Audit/RBI guidelines, company policies, processes, and reporting systems.

Qualifications
