Sales Manager - Loan Against Property

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by acquiring new customers in the allocated region. Your focus will be on improving affordable reach and nurturing relationships with sourcing partners like Connectors, Referral Partners, and DSA. You will also play a crucial role in enhancing business growth by increasing the market share of affordable mortgages and expanding into deeper geographies. Maintaining high levels of engagement for effective pre and post-customer service will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be accountable for ensuring smooth processing of files using available digital methods, controlling NPA, managing collections/overdue cases, and maintaining portfolio health by fostering a lend-to-collect culture.
