About the Role:


KS Automobiles is hiring an experienced Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business and maximize sales in the LMM segment
  • Plan and implement monthly and annual sales strategies
  • Deliver a customer experience that exceeds expectations – both pre and post sales
  • Manage, train, and review the performance of the sales team
  • Maintain cash books and ensure adherence to operational processes
  • Oversee inventory, stock levels, and showroom display standards


Key Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in auto sales, preferably in the 3W or SCV segment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of cash handling, reporting, and vehicle inventory management
