Sales Manager - Lighting

As a Sales Promotion Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support both new and existing partners in promoting our solutions as valuable additions to their offerings. You will play a crucial role in educating stakeholders about the benefits and opportunities within our portfolio, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our ecosystem partners, hardware options, and integration capabilities. Building strong relationships is key to this role, as you will be tasked with cultivating connections with key accounts such as Architects, Lighting Designers, and Interior Designers. By fostering these relationships, you will drive the adoption of our technology among these professionals. Your role will also involve sales enablement, where you will provide training and support to our Sales Partners. Empowering them to effectively promote and sell our solutions to their customers, specifiers, and trading partners is essential. You will ensure that their sales teams are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to present our solutions as valuable additions to their product offerings. Staying informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences related to lighting and wireless control solutions is another crucial aspect of this role. By utilizing this knowledge, you will refine our sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth. To be successful in this role, you must have experience in sales generation within the Lighting/Controls Industry. An educational background in Sales, Marketing, and Business Administration is preferred. Proven success in achieving and exceeding targets, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are essential. You should also demonstrate a strong understanding of and commitment to our company values and ethical standards. Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams, is required to effectively carry out the responsibilities of this role.
