Job Description: As a Sales Manager in our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the sales team and driving growth in the sanitary ware market. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. - Identifying and onboarding new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients. - Managing and strengthening relationships with existing channel partners and key accounts. - Monitoring sales team performance, providing coaching and support. - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. - Setting sales targets, preparing forecasts, and monitoring KPIs. - Coordinating with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and product launches. - Ensuring excellent customer service and handling escalations when necessary. - Preparing periodic sales reports for management review. - Staying updated on industry trends, new product developments, and regulations. Qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in sanitary ware, tiles, bath fittings, or related building materials industry. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
