Role Description

This is a dynamic full-time on-site opportunity based in Kannur, seeking a Sales Manager for Two Wheeler Electric Vehicles. Sales Manager will spearhead the establishment and operations of the new dealership, assuming complete responsibility from team building to devising strategies aimed at transforming it into a profitable venture. Key responsibilities include overseeing the sales department's daily operations, leading the sales team, crafting and implementing effective sales strategies, analyzing market data, and fostering enduring customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the automobile industry
• Demonstrated leadership prowess with exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies and adeptness in sales data analysis
• Strong problem-solving acumen coupled with keen attention to detail
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software applications
