With a growing presence across India, we are looking to expand our reach by partnering with multi-designer stores, boutiques, and fashion retailers through exhibitions and direct engagement. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager who will play a key role in expanding Kalaloom’s retail footprint. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with new stores, organizing and participating in exhibitions, and driving sales through strong relationship-building and persuasive communication. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new retail outlets and multi-designer stores Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and fashion events Build and maintain long-term relationships with store owners and buyers Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with the design and operations team for order fulfillment Provide feedback from clients to improve collections and customer experience Requirements: Prior experience in fashion/lifestyle sales preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel for exhibitions and client visits Self-motivated and target-driven Passion for fashion and an eye for detail Compensation: Variable salary structure based on performance and sales achieved Additional incentives for exceeding targets Travel and exhibition expenses will be reimbursed To Apply: Email your resume and a brief introduction to info@kalaloom.com with the subject line: Application – Sales Manager at Kalaloom
