Job Description

We, JVRD Ventures, are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: 1. Identify and qualify potential customers through calling. 2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions. 3. Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. 4. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, developing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. 5. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and market demands. 6. Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service. Address concerns and resolve issues promptly. 7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
