Role & responsibilities

*Guiding a Team of Sales representatives to meet or exceed sales target.

* To develop & implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.

* Analyze Sales data , metrics & trends to drive decision making.

* Prepare regular sales report for senior management.

* Coordinate with marketing to align sales campaigns & lead generations.

* To oversee pricing, quotations & negotiations.

* Build & maintain strong relationship with key clients.

* Provide market feedback to product & marketing teams to support product development & campaigns optimization.

Desired candidate profile

* 8-9 yrs. of experience in real estate industry as a Sales Manager.

* Strong understanding of Sales performance metrics.

* Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills.

* Ability to analyze data & make informed decision.
