Job Summary: JD Wooden Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the interior design and furniture sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving monthly sales targets, managing the sales team, and developing strong client relationships to grow our customer base. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales team. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Prepare regular sales reports for senior management. Ensure all sales activities are aligned with company policies and brand standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in interior design, furniture, or related industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong knowledge of the interior design/furniture market. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Working Conditions: Full-time position. Monthly sales target-based incentives.
