Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Team Handling: Supervise and manage a team of carpenters and helpers to ensure daily targets are met. Carpenter Hiring & Coordination: Identify and hire skilled carpenters as per project requirements. Ensure they are aligned with company standards and work culture.Assign daily tasks to team members and monitor progress. Ensure timely and quality completion of furniture/modular work.Maintain inventory of raw materials, tools, and hardware. Ensure timely availability of stock by coordinating with the purchase department.Inspect finished products and ongoing work to ensure they meet design and quality standards.Provide regular work status and stock reports to senior management. Work Allocation: Stock & Material Management: Quality Control: Reporting: Job Types: Full-time, Volunteer Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Night shift Weekend only Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 12/06/2025
