As a Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving business development efforts in India. You will be responsible for shaping go-to-market strategies and driving revenue growth across our service portfolio at Cynotecks. Your role will require a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to effectively convert tech capabilities into business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Cynotecks footprint in India - Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure - Represent Cynotecks offerings (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, mobile/web development) to enterprise clients - Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to craft compelling solutions and proposals - Monitor pipeline health and forecast revenue using CRM tools and analytics - Build strategic relationships with key accounts and channel partners - Participate in industry events, webinars, and forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in IT services or SaaS sales - Proven ability to lead sales teams and deliver consistent revenue growth - Deep understanding of CRM, cloud platforms, and custom development services - Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills - Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools - Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution - Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions,
