Sales Manager - IT Infrastructure Products and Services

As a Sales Manager - IT Infrastructure Products & Services at Inspirisys, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for customer-related matters, leveraging your leadership skills and technical expertise to drive business growth. It is essential to maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and organizational standards to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients effectively. You will need to possess a comprehensive understanding of IT product sales across various domains such as Server, Storage, Networking & Security, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), Backup, Virtualization, and Data Centre solutions. Demonstrating a solid grasp of the profit and loss (P&L) aspects of deals, familiarity with service delivery methodologies, and automation technologies will be key to your success in this role. Your expertise in strategic, conceptual, and consultative selling will enable you to engage effectively with customers and drive successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding IT product sales across different areas and domains. - Proficiency in P&L aspects of deals and service delivery methodologies. - Familiarity with automation technologies and service delivery frameworks. - Expertise in strategic and consultative selling approaches. - Flexibility, adaptability, and proactive engagement with customers. - Collaboration with both business and IT functions within customer organizations. - Response to large-scale Services RFPs. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications. - In-depth knowledge of opportunity management lifecycle. - Creation and presentation of proposals. - Maintenance of strong relationships with OEMs and an established customer base. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Products & Services. - Post-graduate degree in Business Administration preferred. - Exceptional oral and written communication skills. - Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities. - Excellent interpersonal skills and focus on relationship building. - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
