Job Description

  • Team Leadership & Management:Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate a team of insurance agents to improve their skills and performance.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement effective sales strategies and set sales goals and quotas to meet company objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring:Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and activity reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure targets are met.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster growth and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis:Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Compliance & Reporting:Ensure all sales activities comply with insurance industry regulations and company policies. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Collaboration:Coordinate with other departments, such as underwriting and marketing, to optimize sales efforts and develop effective campaigns.
